Trade Cuisine Report - 12th of May

After the wonderful intercultural Romanian night we woke up with our bar life recharged. During the breakfast we could still taste Romanian food, cozonac.

Afterwards we started the activities with an unconventional energizer moment that we laughed and broke all the ice that existed between us (definitely a moment for not being shy) ;)

We had the golden opportunity to be invited by a local Cypriot family who received us with all the love that they could share. This cute family taught us how to bake a bread in a wood oven so that we learned the complete process, from the preparation of the bread to the process of cooking it in a old school style, that made the experience even better and unique. Afterwards, we had the pleasure to eat this amazing bread at lunch.

After this fabulous experience, we came back to our venue where Kleo exposed the results of the "treasure hunt" that we've done in the first day of activities. By the way the FNTSTK team (our team) just won the competition. ;) But in fact all of us could learn a lot with this, in fact all of us are winners.

Lunch time came, the best moment of the day with the dinner time ;). In this time we had the chance to taste the food that we prepared in the day before, the Cyprian yummy food.

After having our break to recharge again our batteries, we had another energizer moment to be ready to travel directly to Greece, specifically to the unknown culinary for most of us. In fact this we had the great pleasure to experience a workshop that the Greek group prepared for us. They taught us how to make spanakopitakia and tiropitakia. After few hours working together we ended up the Greek experience having the chance to learn few Greek words and also the Greek alphabet. After this moment  long and pleasant day that even raining we could shinning in this cooking afternoon, we had a group reflexion, when everyone had the chance to express their feelings about the project anonymously.

For ending up this great day we just enjoyed our dinner that partly had the food that we made during the workshop provided by the Greek crew.

Well, it's time relax, now let's put our safe-belts and travel directly to the universe of great Cyprus island in this intercultural night.
